Solar eclipse program held at Lepper Library

LISBON

Lepper Library, 303 E. Lincoln Way, will host Tiffany Stone Wolbrecht at 6 p.m. Monday . Wolbrecht is the planetarium lecturer from Youngstown State University and will speak on the upcoming solar eclipse which will occur Aug. 21. Glasses for safety purposes will be handed out.
