YOUNGSTOWN
Youngstown firefighters saved a puppy Wednesday stuck on a second-story balcony of a house in the 100 block of East Judson Avenue after neighbors saw the dog and called 911.
Animal Charity said they believe the puppy had been left on the locked balcony for more than a week. There was no food or water near the dog, which agents estimated was 10-11 months, according to 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner. At this time, no charges have been filed.
