Police filed three charges of disorderly conduct over the weekend.

Jill Cadle, 55, of Warren, and Lori Yerrace, 55, of Youngstown, were charged with disorderly conduct Sunday morning.

Police approached Yerrace while she was urinating in the grass by the gazebo near the Korean War Memorial on Wickliffe Avenue, a report said. Yerrace was issued a warning by police in 2011 not to return to the property after they received reports of her sleeping on benches in the park.

Yerrace yelled at police, asking where it was appropriate for her to go, after she was informed her actions were prohibited, the report said. Police said she smelled of alcohol.

Police tried to handcuff Yerrace to a bench while in custody, and “she was able to squeeze her right hand through and free herself,” the report said.

Yerrace is also charged with criminal trespass.

In a separate incident, police were dispatched after they received reports of a woman walking in a roadway attempting to hitchhike. Police said Cadle was walking on the southbound side of Mahoning Avenue when she fell in the grass along the road.

Cadle stuck out her thumb as police approached in a marked unit, and upon contact noted she smelled of alcohol, the report said. She was unable to stand on her own.

Cadle’s court date is set for Aug. 16.

Frank Swick, 36, of South Raccoon Road, is charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a call stating a man was laying in a parking lot on Mahoning Avenue on Saturday morning.

Police found Swick in the parking lot smelling of alcohol with a lump above his left eye, a report said.

Swick said in the report he was walking home after drinking 17 beers and fell in the road.

He was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital for treatment, the report said.

His court date is also set for Aug. 16.
