Youngstown lifts boil-water alert for parts of West Side, Austintown

YOUNGSTOWN — A boil-water alert for the city’s West Side and the eastern part of Austintown, called Friday because of low pressure caused by a power outage, has been lifted.

Water samples were tested and found to be not contaminated, according to the city water department.
