Polish festival seeks volunteers
AUSTINTOWN
Volunteers are being sought for the annual Polish Heritage Day festival, which takes place Aug. 27 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at St. Anne Church, 4310 Kirk Road.
Persons of every age, skill and ability are welcome to help with everything from set up and take down to ticket sales, the pirogi-eating contest, and assisting in cultural display and children’s areas. Various shifts are available. Every volunteer gets free admission and a T-shirt. Apron collection at Sutliff Museum

A collection of aprons is now on display at the Sutliff Museum, inside the Warren library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW. The collection features aprons from the 1940s through today, including handmade crocheted aprons and other made from material ranging from dresses to towels.
Country Fest tickets on sale
