Al Stewart, Cray to play Kent Stage

Three top-selling rock acts will be coming to Kent Stage this summer: Rober Cray, Al Stewart and the Gin Blossoms.
Cray, who has been bridging the lines between blues, soul and R&B for four decades, will play the venue June 7. Cray has released 20 studio albums. His latest, a classic soul album, was released Friday.
Gold Circle tickets for Cray are $45; reserved seats are $35.
Stewart will bring his Year of the Cat tour to Kent Stage on June 15. With a full band, he will perform his platinum-selling 1976 classic album in the only regional tour stop.
Gold Circle tickets for Stewart and the Empty Pockets are $50; reserved seats are $35.
The Gin Blossoms will play the venue July 12. The jangle-pop band from Arizona hit it big with its 1992 album “New Miserable Experience,” which included “Hey Jealousy,” “Allison Road,” Until I Fall Away” “and “Found Out About You.” Gold Circle tickets for the Gin Blossoms are $38 and reserved seats are $28.
All shows begin at 8 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m.
