Elena Pipino, Michael Dean set June date

James D. and Mary Jeanine Pipino of Warren are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Elena Marie Pipino of Columbus, Ohio, to Michael Dean of Cleveland. The parents of the prospective groom are Brian and Maria Dean of Brecksville, Ohio.

An open ceremony is planned for 2 p.m. June 24 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Avalon Inn and Resort, Warren.

Miss Pipino graduated from Elon University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, and from Ohio State University with a master’s degree in business administration. She is a business development manager for Fairwhay Management in Columbus.

Mr. Dean graduated from OSU with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering, and a master’s degree in business administration. He is a senior analyst for Western Reserve Partners, Cleveland.
