Indictments handed down in burglary cases

A Mahoning County grand jury issued a superseding indictment against four men for their suspected roles in a series of county burglaries from October through November.

A superseding indictment is an indictment that replaces a previous one. They are usually filed when new evidence has been found and new charges need to be filed.

The new indictment was issued Thursday against Steven Timmins, 30, whose address is listed as the county jail.

Also indicted was Ronald Shaffer Jr., 24, who also has the jail listed as his address; Kenneth L. Hubbard, who has no age listed but an address of Applecrest Court in Boardman; and Daniel Nathaniel Dixon Jr., who also has no age listed but an address of Silliman Street.

Timmins, Hubbard and Shaffer all face several counts of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property and engaging in a pattern of a corrupt activity, for burglaries and break-ins in Boardman, New Springfield, Youngstown, Petersburg and North Lima.

Dixon faces a single count of receiving stolen property.

Police said among the items taken was jewelry, video games and several guns.

The grand jury also returned indictments against these people on these charges:

TenaGarver, 47, South Avenue, Boardman, felonious assault with a firearm specification and domestic violence.

Tonya Muldrow, 40, Norman Avenue, felonious assault.

Zachary Davenport, 25, Forest Hill Drive, Austintown, trespass in a habitation.

Christopher Ferry, 24, Newton Falls Road, Newton Falls, tampering with evidence, possession of LSD and possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications.

Michael J. Cole, 21, Moyer Avenue, Boardman, vandalism.

Mitchell Glay, 28, South Schenley Avenue, theft.

Leah Miles, 25, East Princeton Avenue, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mark Keith Ott, 26, North Street, Niles, possession of drugs, theft and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

William Sullivan, 27, West Evergreen Avenue, felonious assault, aggravated robbery, two counts of assault on a police officer and obstructing official business.

Jennifer Jarrell, 36, Wellington Avenue, burglary.

Brandon Karl Sanor, 31, Pine Lake Road, Beloit, three counts of domestic violence and obstructing official business.

Sandra Duckworth, 59, West Warren Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Jalyne Monserrat, 22, Pembrook Place, Boardman, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Taqwilla Robinson, 32, Choice Court, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.

Gina Pewritt, 30, New York City, and Jasmine Stephenson, 31, Baltimore, trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Tina Stanke, 39, Southern Boulevard, aggravated possession of drugs and obstructing official business.

Brandon Frush, 18, Weston Avenue, Poland, two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of robbery with firearm specifications.

Frank Bond, 23, Hawn Street, illegal conveyance of prohibited items on the grounds of a detention facility, two counts of assault, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, obstructing official business, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana with forfeiture specifications.

Andre Madison, 26, Green Acres Drive, Liberty, being a felon in possession of a firearm, tampering with evidence, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapons and obstructing official business.

Nelson Padilla, 37, Campbell, failure to register and notice of change of address.

Dillon Dunbar, 25, South Princeton Road, Berlin Center, menacing by stalking and violation of a protection order.

Allen Crockett Jr., 21, Glenwood Avenue, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Shay Donnadio, 34, Holland Avenue, trespass in a habitation.

John Houser Jr., 32, no address listed, receiving stolen property.

David Johnson, 19, Mabel Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and falsification.
