Some Youngstown students protest CEO's neighborhood schools plan

YOUNGSTOWN — After most students returned inside the school, about 25 Chaney STEM/VPA students remain outside the building in protest of Youngstown City Schools CEO Krish Mohip’s neighborhood schools plan.

Principal Joe Krumpak gave students time to return to their classes without consequence and the rest are subject to suspension.
