Chaney students stage walkout to protest neighborhood plan

YOUNGSTOWN — Chaney STEM/VPA students are staging a walkout in protest of Youngstown City Schools CEO Krish Mohip's neighborhood schools plan.

The plan will place STEM and visual and performing arts programs in every school rather than just one.
