Brown, Ryan meet to discuss trade practices

WARREN — U.S. Sen Sherrod Brown and U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan met with about a dozen steelworkers union representatives talk about unfair trade practices and other issues affecting still workers today.

They talked at the United Steelworkers union hall on North Park Avenue.
