Shannon Craig and Brent Styer were married Aug. 27, 2016, by the Rev. Michael Gossett. The ceremony took place at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Cortland, and a reception followed at Ciminero’s Banquet Center in Niles.
Michael and Diane Craig of Canfield are the parents of the bride, and James and Karen Styer of Cortland are the parents of the groom.
The bride wore an ivory lace dress. Her honor attendants were her sister, Katie Neely, and Danielle Styer, the groom’s sister. Bridesmaids were Tierney Craig, the bride’s sister-in-law; Kaitlyn Coates and Maggie Craig, the bride’s cousins; Heather Reinheimer; Sarah Gromek; Christina McGleam; and Melissa Douglas. Lillian Neely, the bride’s niece, was the flower girl. The attendants wore biscotti-colored dresses.
Justin Styer, the groom’s brother, was the best man. Groomsmen were Michael Craig, the bride’s brother; Wayne Bartholomew and Dominic Mastropietro, the groom’s cousins; Nicholas Stoian; Daren Niemi; Jonathan Moffett; Benjamin Winings; and Samuel Marhulik.
Mrs. Styer graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is a human resources manager at PolyOne Corp., Avon Lake.
Mr. Styer graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, and a master’s degree in public health. He is an epidemiologist for the City of Cleveland.
The couple traveled to Hawaii for their honeymoon, and reside in North Ridgeville, Ohio.
