Miss McConnell, Mr. Joseph set wedding date

YOUNGSTOWN

Lou and Angela Joseph of Youngstown are announcing the engagement of their son, Louis Joseph, and Katelyn McConnell. The couple reside in Colorado Springs, Colo. The parents of the bride-elect are Carrie and Calvin Araneta of Wahiawa, Hawaii.

Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and reception, which will take place June 3 at Abby Manor in Greenville, S.C.

Miss McConnell graduated from Columbia State University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. She is a software developer for the National Strength and Conditioning Association in Colorado Springs.

Mr. Joseph graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor’s degree in Arabic and comparative politics. He is a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army, and is stationed at Fort Carson, Colo.
