Mr. and Mrs. Billet celebrate 50th anniversary

YOUNGSTOWN

Frank and Catherine Billet of Youngstown celebrated their 50th anniversary March 5 with a family dinner hosted by their children at Caffe Capri in Boardman. The former Catherine Bostian and Frank Billet were married March 4, 1967, at Mahoning Methodist Church.

The couple have a daughter, Lori Ann Greenwood of Struthers, and a son, Andrew Billet of Austintown. They have five grandchildren.

The couple are members of St. Luke Church in Boardman.

Mrs. Billet retired as an office manager for Dr. Russell Hudoba in Canfield in 2006. She is a member of the Altar and Rosary Society of the church and serves as a eucharist minister.

Mr. Billet retired from United Engineering in 2001 as a machine operator. He is an usher and member of the Holy Name Society of the church. He also is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Saxon Club.
