Hike With a Baby

What: Enjoy a hike with your baby and a fun craft.

Earth Day Meditation Retreat

When: Saturday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

What: Get in touch with yourself and the goodness and bounty of the earth for healing. Start the morning with a Yoga Basics & Breathing class led by Karres and Tom Cvetkovich; immerse yourself in wisdom teachings/meditations led by the masterful Swami Dharmakirti; and walk in meditation through flower heaven, if weather permits. Then raise your cup to Mother Earth in a silent tea ceremony with healthful refreshment.
