Kellie Mills, Timothy Tervo plan June rite

Kellie Ann Mills of Boardman and Timothy Alan Tervo of New Castle, Pa., are announcing their engagement.

The parents of the bride-elect are Douglas L. and Sandra S. Mills of Tionesta, Pa.

The parents of the prospective groom are the late William J. and Barbara J. Tervo.

Invitations will be issued for the ceremony set for June 3 in New Castle.

Miss Mills graduated with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Slippery Rock University. She is a senior academic adviser at Youngstown State University.

Mr. Tervo attended SRU and is a cook at Ribsticks in Cleveland.
