After Robert Seman was taken into custody at the Mahoning County jail after his original March 30, 2015, trial date was postponed, makeup was found in his car. Assistant Prosecutor Dawn Cantalamessa said Seman bought the makeup at an Austintown Walgreen’s and applied it to cover burns, even telling store employees that he needed the makeup because a trash fire he was trying to set flared up and he needed to cover the burns for a “jury thing.” Prosecutors have him on store video buying the makeup and also have receipts.
