Assistant Prosecutor Dawn Cantalamessa said Seman bought the makeup at an Austintown Walgreen’s and applied it to cover burns, even telling store employees that he needed the makeup because a trash fire he was trying to set flared up and he needed to cover the burns for a “jury thing.” Prosecutors have him on store video buying the makeup and also have receipts.
