City police seize 6 guns during the weekend

YOUNGSTOWN — Police seized six guns over the weekend, including two that were taken Saturday afternoon after five people were cited for discharging firearms within city limits behind a building in the 300 block of Himrod Avenue.

The rest of the firearms were taken during traffic stops.

All the guns seized were handguns.
