Where: Kiosk at the MetroParks Bikeway Trailhead at MetroParks Farm, Route 46, Canfield.

Guided Daffodil Walk

When: Saturday, 2 p.m.

What: Delight in the beauty, diversity, and fragrance of daffodils on this guided walk with Gordon Vujevic, daffodil expert. Discover more than 200 species and cultivars that are a part of Fellows Riverside Gardens’ narcissus collection.

Where: Meet in the Davis Center Lobby at Fellows Riverside Gardens.

Spring Adventure

When: Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What: Join us for a day of adventure, exploring and discovering nature.

Where: Ford Nature Center, 840 Old Furnace Road, Youngstown.

Cost: $20 for Mahoning County residents, $25 NR. Additional fee after deadline.

Details: For kids age 8 to 12. Register/pay at Ford Nature Center by Friday.

Photo Workshop

When: Sunday, 1 to 2 p.m.

What: Guest Lecturer: Paul Bannick, award winning photographer, focuses on how to photograph wildlife, particularly birds, in the field. He covers everything from how to find and approach your subject to how to capture the photos that you imagine. Paul will cover compositional guides, depth of field, shutter speed, exposure compensation, use of flash, shooting modes, and even equipment selection.
