OSHP promotes Maj. Michael Black

COLUMBUS — Maj. Michael D. Black today was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel by Col. Paul A. Pride, superintendent of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, during a ceremony at the patrol’s training academy.

Lt. Col. Black will transfer from his current assignment as commander of the Office of Criminal Investigations to serve in the superintendent's office.
