Fourth suspect in Poland Burger King burglary arraigned today


YOUNGSTOWN — A juvenile suspect arrested Tuesday for a robbery at a Poland fast-food restaurant is scheduled to be arraigned in Mahoning County Juvenile Court this morning.

Jeremy Britton, 17, faces two counts of aggravated robbery with gun specifications for the incident reported at a U.S. Route 224 Burger King shortly after midnight Monday.

Britton was arrested by U.S. Marshals on the city's North Side Tuesday.

Three other people are facing charges related to the robbery.

Britton is in the Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Justice Center.
