MAHONING COUNTY INDICTMENTS

The Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people Thursday:

Frank Montalvo, 48, of Erie Street, felonious assault.

Vincent Sherman, 23, of Cornell Avenue, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, heroin possession, tampering with evidence and obstructing official business.

Matt Smith, 19, of Broadway, breaking and entering.

Alexis Evans, 27, of West Ravenwood Avenue, cocaine possession and illegal conveyance of prohibited items into a detention facility.

Jason R. Carter, 37, of Rosary Drive, Campbell, cocaine possession and trafficking with forfeiture specifications, illegal gun possession, tampering with evidence and domestic violence.

Amy Altman, 35, of Dignan Street, heroin and cocaine possession, aggravated drug possession, possessing a drug- abuse instrument and loitering to engage in solicitation.

Ryan Campbell, 28, of Humboldt Avenue, resisting arrest and harassment with a bodily substance.

Desean Miller, 22, of Cameron Avenue, heroin possession and aggravated drug possession with forfeiture specifications, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession.

Jazzmine M. Campbell, 26, of Hillman Street, heroin possession and aggravated drug possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Tribble IV, 36, of Stewart Avenue, cocaine possession and obstructing official business.

Darrin Mitchell, 42, of Lexington Avenue, cocaine and marijuana possession, resisting arrest and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darren L. Boatwright, 23, of Parkcliff Avenue, marijuana trafficking and aggravated drug possession with forfeiture specifications.

William S. Rios, 28, of Shelby Road, felonious assault.

Daniel Allmon, 27, of Compass West, Austintown, cocaine possession.

Angel Hogan, 23, of East Boston Avenue, drug possession and two counts of operating a vehicle impaired.

Jarrett Ortiz, 33, of Hazeltine Avenue, burglary.

Dunta Shepherd, 40, of Mansell Drive, cocaine and marijuana possession with forfeiture specifications.

Alexis Brown, 32, of Detroit Avenue, three counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Walter Graham, 66, of Elm Street, cocaine possession and tampering with evidence.

Gerald R. Moxley, 45, of Gray Avenue, heroin possession and trafficking, four counts of drug possession, and five counts of cocaine trafficking, with forfeiture specifications.

Tracy A. Mineard, 41, of Old State Route 344, Leetonia, heroin possession.

Barbara F. Copeland, 60, of Cordova Avenue, failure to provide for a functionally impaired person.

James Simmons, 32, of West Chalmers Avenue, burglary.

William Carpenter, 61, of the Ohio State Penitentiary, intimidation.

William Himes, 45, of Parkway Avenue, Struthers, failure to report change of address.

Charles R. Bowers, 42, of Gavers Road, Hanoverton, nonsupport of dependents.

Richard E. Dennison Jr., 37, of Longs Crossing Road, Salem, nonsupport of dependents.

Richard J. Edwards Jr., 45, of Cameron Avenue or Wilbur Avenue, four counts of nonsupport of dependents.
