Suspect arrested for anti-Semitic graffiti in Mill Creek Park

YOUNGSTOWN — Mill Creek MetroParks police have caught a suspect they believe is responsible for anti-Semitic graffiti found in various parts of the park this week.

Scott Spencer, 25, of Boardman is charged with ethnic intimidation and criminal mischief in connection to the graffiti, the park announced today.

Spencer in scheduled to appear in Mahoning County Area Court in Boardman for arraignment Tuesday.
