Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts 26

YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County Grand Jury Thursday indicted 26 people including Joshua Kosa, 33, of South Bailey Road, North Jackson, on drug possession.

On Aug. 16, reports said police Tuesday found two needles, two crack pipes, a dose of heroin and a Suboxone strip in a car they pulled over at South and East Florida avenues.

Reports said the car was searched after Kosa, the driver, told police he had a needle in his pocket.

The grand jury also indicted Michael Cole, 26, of Verona Avenue, on receiving stolen property.

The grand jury also indicted Teresa Whitehead, 42, of Kensington Avenue, on cocaine possession and obstructing official business.
