Howland road closed two days next week for culvert replacement

HOWLAND — North Road, between North River Road and Blair Drive, will be closed Monday and Tuesday for culvert replacement, said the Trumbull County Engineer’s Office. The recommended detour route is west on North River Road, north on Elm Road, and east on Blair Drive.
