Adoptable cats for sale at reduced cost

YOUNGSTOWN

West Side Cats, 2217 Mahoning Ave., is offering all adult cats for adoption during September and October; 1- to 8-year-olds are available for $30, and special needs or senior cats 8 years and older are $25.

West Side Cats is open from 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.
