Community Bill of Rights committee has news conference Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN — Members of the Community Bill of Rights Committee will have a news conference at 2:30 p.m. Thursday on the sidewalk in front of city hall at the corner of Boardman and Phelps streets.

Committee Member Lynn Anderson will make a brief statement in support of the Youngstown Community Bill of Rights charter amendment to prevent fracking in the city that will be on the Nov. 8 ballot.
