AARP 4611 East will meet Wednesday at St. Augustine Episcopal Church, 614 Parmalee Ave., Youngstown. The board will meet at 11 a.m., the general meeting will follow at noon. July, August and September birthdays will be celebrated. Members should take school supplies. The nominating committee will present the slate of officers. There will be a trip to House of Blues Gospel Brunch in Cleveland Oct. 9. It will include brunch at Jack’s Cleveland Casino at Tower City. Keenagers of Third Baptist Church will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church. All members are asked to attend to help complete plans for the dinner theater in October at Das Dutch Haus in Columbiana.

PERI Inc., Mahoning County Chapter 18, will meet at noon Oct. 4 at Antone’s Banquet Center, 8578 Market St., Boardman. The menu comprises sliced roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, salad, rolls and butter, apple pie a la mode, coffee, tea or soft drink. The cost is $12 for members, associate members and guests, and is payable at the door. The speaker will be a representative from Mahoning County Board of Elections.
