Warren man charged in July shooting

WARREN — Kardell Lowery Jr., 21, of Maple Street Southwest is in the Trumbull County Jail, charged with shooting another man, 21, on July 17, in the Hampshire House Neighborhood.

Lowery was arrested Friday at a home on Oak Street.

A not-guilty plea was entered for Lowery on Monday in Warren Municipal Court, and he was ordered to remain in jail without eligibility to make bond.

Police provided few details regarding the shooting except that the victim was taken to ValleyCare Trumbull Memorial Hospital for treatment in a 1:13 p.m. shooting on Arnold Drive Southwest in July.
