Campbell man faces DUI, other charges
CAMPBELL — A city man will be arraigned Tuesday in Campbell Municipal Court after police reported finding him passed out in the driver’s seat of a car Saturday night.
Henry Anderson, 60, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drugs and violating the city’s open-container law.
An officer found Anderson slumped over in the driver’s seat of a car in the Blaze Oil parking lot on McCartney Road about 11:45 p.m. The car was running while in park, according to a police report.
The report states Anderson smelled of alcohol and, after being roused from his stupor, mumbled and was slow to respond.
Officers reported finding an open container of liquor, a small amount of suspected marijuana and $3,006 in cash in the car.
Anderson registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.133. The legal intoxication limit in Ohio is 0.08.
