Marijuana plants found in Aberdeen Avenue yard

YOUNGSTOWN

Police serving a search warrant about 12:30 p.m. today took a man into custody on drug charges at a home in the 1300 block of Aberdeen Avenue after finding marijuana plants growing in the back yard.

Police also found a gun inside the home.

Officers from the department’s vice squad and Community Police Unit served the warrant.
