In the spirit of caring for the community, Canfield Christian Church will host a Back to School Block Party on Sept. 24 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
There will be a raffle to benefit The Beatitude House and Head Start. This event will also feature a school supplies giveaway for the first 150 students.
Join the fun that will include a live DJ on site and games for children and adults. One lucky party participant will win the door prize: a night at local bed and breakfast, Bella Fattoria!
Complimentary food will include meats from an on -site smoker, hotdogs and picnic sides.
Canfield Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is located on the Green in Canfield, at 123 South Broad Street near the Dairy Queen.
