Women's Connection to host Texas author

Youngstown Women’s Connection will host a Chuck Wagon luncheon Tuesday from noon to 2 p.m. at the Saxon Club, 710 S. Meridian Road. Doors open at 11:15 a.m., and lunch will be served at noon.

Crystal Eckman, ambassador of the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley, will share its ministries. Entertainment will be by Terry Hitchcock and Christina Jane. Paula Abbott, Texas cowgirl and author of two books, will present “Freedom Behind Closed Doors.”

Personal items will be collected for the women at the Rescue Mission.
