WARREN
Julie A. Crenshaw, 27, of Riverview Street Northwest, was sentenced to five years’ probation Tuesday, including 60 days in the Trumbull County Jail, for assaulting a Warren principal.
Crenshaw also was ordered to stay off the property of Warren City Schools and to continue anger-management counseling.
Police said the assault occurred Oct. 30, 2015, at the McGuffey K-8 building on Tod Avenue Northwest. Police said Crenshaw spit in the principal’s face, then reached around a male adult in the room and struck the principal’s face with her hand.
Crenshaw received her sentence from Judge Andrew Logan of common pleas court after she pleaded guilty in June to assault.
