MAHONING COUNTY | Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments against these people Thursday on these charges:

William E. Slade, 36, East Dewey Avenue, superseding indictment, aggravated robbery with firearm specifications and robbery.

Earl S. Marlowe, 26, Plazaview Court, superseding indictment, aggravated robbery, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation with firearm specifications, three counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and possessing a defaced firearm.

Tavon M. Fulton, 21, Liberty Road, superseding indictment, aggravated robbery, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation with firearm specifications, three counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and possessing a defaced firearm.

Norman J. Hageman Jr., 62, Meadowbrook Avenue, Boardman, felonious assault and domestic violence.

Shajuan Samaniego-Hall, 24, West Evergreen Avenue, trespass in habitation and resisting arrest.

Akeem Brown, 26, Shady Run Road, being a felon in possession of a firearm, trafficking in marijuana with a forfeiture specification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lisa Altman, 43, Jaguar Drive, Boardman, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew D. Desha, 29, North Ridgeville, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raymond Sykes, 27, Miller Street, possession of heroin and possession of marijuana.

Brandon Smelly, 31, Reed Street, Campbell, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

Darrell Brown, 24, Crandall Avenue, felonious assault, menacing by stalking, burglary and assault.

Joseph E. Grove, 28, East Avondale Avenue, attempted burglary and receiving stolen property

Timothy O. Riley, 26, East Florida Avenue, three counts of assault and public indecency.

Frank J. Perry, 27, Glenwood Avenue, two counts of nonsupport of dependents.

Dawan Williams, 30, East Avondale Avenue, four counts of nonsupport of dependents.

Christopher M. Pasco, 39, Willow Drive, Boardman, three counts of nonsupport of dependents.
