Groups host picnic for police and fire departments

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Struthers Rotary Club and Aqua Ohio hosted a picnic Aug. 23 at Mauthe Park in Struthers for Struthers Police and Fire departments in appreciation for their service. The Rotary and Community Corps each donated $500 to the police department for the training of a new working dog. Rotary also donated $500 to the fire department.
