To clarify information in a story under the headline “Officials consider Youngstown prison for immigrants” on Page A7 of Saturday’s edition, the privately owned Northeast Ohio Correctional Center still operates as a prison in Youngstown. On Friday, Corrections Corporation of America, its owner, announced it is renaming itself CoreCivic.
