Youngstown Design Review Committee, 9 a.m., council caucus, 6th floor, city hall.

Hubbard Township trustees, 6:30 p.m. special meeting to conduct interviews of potential employees for the township, administration building, 2600 Elmwood Drive Extension. The meeting will be conducted in executive session with no public/open business conducted.

Poland Village Council, 7 p.m. caucus followed by meeting at 7:30 p.m., town hall.

Columbiana school board, 6 p.m., high-school media center.
