Family dinner, trip celebrate Ensleys' 60th

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Ensley of Hubbard celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Sept. 24 with a family dinner at Cafe Capri in Boardman followed by a cake and champagne reception at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Chris and Doug Daubenspeck of Canfield.

The couple also vacationed in Las Vegas to mark the occasion.

The former Doris J. Polochak and Mr. Ensley were married Sept. 29, 1956, in St. John’s Carpathian Russian Orthodox Church in Sharon, Pa.

The family circle also includes daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Steve Tepsick of Boardman and two grandsons.

Mrs. Ensley retired in 1999 from Dollar/National City Bank in Hubbard.

Her husband was employed by General Motors Corp. in Lordstown and retired in 2005.
