Vows were exchanged by Rachel Carr and Eliezer DelValle, both of Struthers, on Aug. 20 in Fellows Riverside Gardens at Mill Creek MetroParks. The Rev. Keith Panning officiated at the 3 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed at The Georgetown in Boardman.

The parents of the bride are Robert and Robin Carr of Struthers. Eliezer and Linda DelValle of Struthers are the parents of the groom.

The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in early childhood education. She teaches first grade at Germanton Elementary School in Germanton, N.C.

Her husband graduated from Pittsburgh Technical Institute with an HVAC degree. He is a service technician for Hovey Heating and Air Conditioning in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Mrs. DelValle wore a lace mermaid-style gown.

Johna Hess was maid of honor. Bridesmaids, wearing black dresses, were Alex Carter; Samantha Donnadio, a cousin of the groom; and Jen Heitgner.

Jon Breckner performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Robert Carr, the bride’s brother; Jeremy Stillerman; and Brennan Baker.

The couple reside in King, N.C.
