'Octubafest' is Sunday at YSU's Bliss Hall

YOUNGSTOWN — The Dana School of Music announces a tuba/euphonium concert celebrating “Octubafest” at 6 p.m. on Sunday in Bliss Recital Hall, One University Plaza, on the Youngstown State University campus.

The event is free and open to the public. Patrons have been invited to attend the concert in Halloween costume.
