Conti-lroy wedding is set for November

Nicholas and Pamela Conti of Struthers are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Darla Camille Conti, to Jonathan William McElroy, both of East Palestine. The parents of the prospective groom are Richard and Linda McElroy of East Palestine.

An open ceremony is planned for 2 p.m. Nov. 12 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be sent for the reception, which will follow at Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman.

The bride-elect graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Youngstown State University. She is a personal banker at Huntington National Bank in East Palestine. Mr. McElroy also graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in civil and construction engineering. He is an engineer and also works as a firefighter for the East Palestine Fire Department.
