Adoption Day celebration set Wednesday at Mahoning County Courthouse

YOUNGSTOWN — Judge Robert N. Rusu Jr. of Mahoning County Probate Court and Mahoning County Children Services will conduct the county’s third annual Adoption Day celebration at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the county courthouse rotunda, 120 Market St.

The event, which is part of National Adoption Awareness Month, will feature a child adoption finalization and a balloon launch.
