Stambaugh Charter Academy hosts trunk-or-treat event Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN — Stambaugh Charter Academy, 2420 Donald Ave., invites local families to enjoy a fun, fall activity at Trunk or Treat on Thursday. Students can wear their favorite costumes and collect treats along the way. The event begins at 6 p.m. at the West Side school.
