Car plunges into lake at Hubbard campground

Multiple agencies responded after a car plunged into a lake at the Chestnut Ridge Campground about 3:30 p.m. today.

The 18-year-old driver cited brake failure, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner 21-WFMJ TV reports.
