Police ID victims in apparent murder-suicide

YOUNGSTOWN — Investigators are awaiting the results of an autopsy today to see if they can get more information on an apparent murder-suicide on Volney Road.

Found Saturday afternoon were Bianca Arter, who is in her 40s, and her son Javier, 17.

They had been dead for several days before they were found Saturday afternoon by police who were called because relatives had not heard from them.
