Police ID victim of Friday's fatal shooting

YOUNGSTOWN — Police have identified the woman found shot to death about 9 a.m. Friday behind a Belmont Avenue church as Sierra Strickland, 28, of Youngstown.

An autopsy of Strickland is scheduled for today, said Lt. Doug Bobovnyik of the Detective Bureau.

Strickland's death is being investigated as a homicide.
