BOARDMAN

Tarte Cosmetics of New York is again teaming up with Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley for a food drive from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 12 at Ulta Beauty, Shops at Boardman Park, 403 Boardman-Poland Road.

Mary Hall of Canfield, Tarte’s regional education manager, said the popular, annual event comes at an important time of year.

“Every year we do this, and every year it gets bigger,” she said in a news release. “With Thanksgiving around the corner, we know the need is there, and we’re happy to do our part.”

Tarte’s national artistry team will be on hand doing makeup and showcasing holiday looks.

An appointment is not needed to donate, but spots fill quickly. To schedule, call Ulta at 330-629-6276.

The items most needed are peanut butter, cereal, canned vegetables, tuna fish, dried pasta, canned soup and macaroni and cheese.

For every three items donated, guests will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of two $300 Tarte gift baskets.
