Cesar Aviles, 29, Columbus, identity fraud, forgery, three counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of misuse of credit card, forgery, possessing criminal tools and obstructing official business.

Jacqueline M. Saavedra, 39, Elmhurst, N.Y., identity fraud, forgery, three counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of misuse of credit card, forgery, possessing criminal tools and obstructing official business.

Dena Rogers, 44, Wadsworth, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin and possession of a dangerous drug.

James Horne, 32, Booker Drive, New Castle, Pa., tampering with evidence, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications.

Ramsey Washington, 22, Morris Street, New Castle, Pa., possession of cocaine.

Calvin Wooster, 65, McClure Street, Struthers, felonious assault and aggravated menacing.

Gary Wellendorf, 58, West Lewis Street, Struthers, four counts of possession of drugs.

Taquan Charlton, 19, East Avondale Avenue, receiving stolen property.

George Kelly, 31, Sweetbriar Drive, Warren, possession of marijuana with a forfeiture specification.

Destiny Chapman, 18, Cedarwood Avenue, Beloit, theft of drugs.

Carey McQueen, 39, East Evergreen Avenue, tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine.

Christopher Shiflett, 28, East Myrtle Avenue, aggravated possession of drugs.

Jeffrey Brozman, 55, South Maryland Avenue, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs, and obstructing official business.

Thomas Krichbaum, 53, South Meridian Road, possession of cocaine.

Willie Duck III, 18, Fairgreen Avenue, aggravated robbery, two counts aggravated burglary, kidnapping with firearm specifications, tampering with evidence, grand theft, attempted burglary and possession of criminal tools.

Junior Blair, 19, Cleveland Street, aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated burglary, kidnapping with firearm specifications, tampering with evidence, grand theft, attempted burglary and possession of criminal tools.

Hector Colon III, 19, Glenwood Avenue, aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated burglary, kidnapping with firearm specifications, tampering with evidence, grand theft, attempted burglary and possession of criminal tools.

Trell Thomas, 18, Humboldt Avenue, aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated burglary, kidnapping with firearm specifications, tampering with evidence, grand theft, aggravated burglary and possession of criminal tools.

Anthony Green, 27, Outlook Avenue, theft.

Brittany Quinn, 26, Thomas Drive, North Jackson, assault and domestic violence.

Benjamin Peters, 24, North Four Mile Run Road, Austintown, assault and aggravated menacing.

Leonard Gregory, 47, Breaden Street, possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs and obstructing official business.

Hattie Lee Morrow, 26, South Evanston Avenue, possession of heroin and perjury.

Jonathan Rodgers, 32, Cornwall Avenue, tampering with records and forgery.

Taquan R. Lawrence, also known as Tijon Deshaw McRae, 38, Wilkinsburg, Pa., three counts of forgery, three counts of tampering with records and three counts of identity fraud.

John Beeson, 47, address unknown, failure to verify current address.

William C. Powers, 31, Homestead, Pa., receiving stolen property and forgery.
