Date for Smith, VanOudenhove wedding told

Kim and Ken Smith of Sarver, Pa., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Smith, and Frank VanOudenhove, both of Cranberry Township, Pa. His parents are Florence and Joe VanOudenhove of Struthers.

The couple are planning a 3:30 p.m. ceremony Nov. 5 at Mary Mother of Hope Church, New Castle, Pa. An evening reception will follow at the New Englander in New Castle. Invitations will be issued for both.

The bride-elect graduated from Sawyer Business School with an associate degree in clinical administration. She works as a medical assistant for Associates in Dermatology in Wexford, Pa.

The future groom earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Youngstown State University. He is a distribution technician for Penn Power, Zelienople, Pa.
